If you are charged and change your mind, you may request a refund within 14 days of that payment by contacting us at support@vinyar.app. Your purchase is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
After 14 days, payments for the current period are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime from your account settings to avoid future charges — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
If something has gone wrong on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.
